Somatic Experiencing
SE is a modlity to support nervous system regulation and help people move out of old and stuck patterns and traumatic imprints, including stuckness or over-reliance on fight, flight, or freeze energies. I support you in noticing and tracking your body sensations and we incorporte image, emotion, and insight as we find creative, compassionate ways to increase resilience of your nervous system in daily life.
I have found success using this modality virtually in the past several years.

Sex and Relationship Coaching
Let me support you in a variety of relationship concerns: communiction, repair skills, finding and navigating boundaries and desires in an embodied way, addressing barriers to sexual desire, increasing access to pleasure, exploring confidence and blocks in dating, navigating alternative relationship structures, exploring kink and finding and exploring your hottest sexual desires.

I’m happy to use my skills acquired over the past decde to help you explore other stuck relational patterns or difficulties in meeting your whole self, ending patterns of people pleasing or other ways that we give ourselves up to find connection. I also am a student of social movements and love supporting people who are doing change work in the world find more sustainability and resilience, unlearning the conditioning of oppressive systems.
I am training in Existential Kink coaching and can incorporate those lenses as appropriate and desired. Can I support you in the possibility that maybe there is no sensation we have to fear in this world?

I have trained through Psychedelics Today around clinical applications of psychedelics, and around ketamine and trauma specifically. I have found these medicines to be powerful in opening up stuck material. Using curiosity around the full range of your experience and unconditional approval for all parts of yourself, I can help you harness the power of these medicines to work through old stuckness and create the life you want.
